Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Advance Sign Ups Please send payment to SLE at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting. If SLE does not receive payment by then, the facilitators will assume that your family is not signed up for that scheduled meeting. 24-Hour Advance Cancellation Please communicate any necessary cancellation with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. Drop Off and Pick Up Please drop your children off no earlier than 10 minutes before a meeting session, and pick them up promptly at the end of the meeting. A fee of $1 per minute will be charged to the caregiver for each child whom we continue to care for after the end of the meeting. We also welcome caregivers to stay for the entire meeting.
